If you encounter an issue with PayPal payments for your campaign , here are some quick tips to resolve any issues:
- Disconnect & Reconnect your PayPal account in the editor. This can be done by logging into your account, selecting your campaign , and disconnecting the PayPal account in the "Payment" section of the campaign editor.
- Login to your PayPal account to ensure your account isn't pending any verification requirements from PayPal.
- If your account may have been potentially been flagged by PayPal for verification/compliance you will need to contact PayPal support at www.paypal.com
