I'm having an issue with PayPal payments for my campaign. What do I do

If you encounter an issue with PayPal payments for your campaign , here are some quick tips to resolve any issues:

  1. Disconnect & Reconnect your PayPal account in the editor. This can be done by logging into your account, selecting your campaign , and disconnecting the PayPal account in the "Payment" section of the campaign editor.
  2. Login to  your PayPal account to ensure your account isn't pending any verification requirements from PayPal.
  3. If your account may have been potentially been flagged by PayPal for verification/compliance you will need to contact PayPal support at www.paypal.com
