What on-demand reports does Chuffed provide?
What is Chuffed on-demand reporting?
Chuffed provides a suite of reports for you to access on-demand through your Campaigner Dashboard. The different reports offer different ways of presenting the data that has been collected for your campaigns, which are all meaningful in different ways. These include:
- Donation Data: This report allows you to see what donations you've received against your campaigns (including perks options, donation value, and more), who they are from (the donor's details), and where they came from (any UTM information against the donation). Donation data can be accessed either per-campaign or across all of the campaigns you've run. Accessing your donation data can be especially helpful in fulfilling any perks, sending any follow up communication, and analysing which of your promotional activities have led to the most donations, so you can optimise your crowdfunding. - Donor Data: This report allows you to see a list of donors who've donated to any of your campaigns, including their contact information, when they made their first and last donation, if they have regular giving active, how many times they have donated, and their total donation value across their donations. This report gives you a great view into who your high value donors are and who could potentially be a high value donor for you. Learn more about the data in this report.
- Regular Giving Data: This report allows you to see the regular giving or recurring donations that your donors have set up against any of your campaigns. It includes whether the regular giving donation is still active, the frequency of the donation (i.e. weekly/monthly/yearly), how much it is/was for, when it was setup, when it was cancelled and why (if it has been cancelled), and where the donation came from (any UTM information against the regular giving donation). - Campaign Data: This reports allows you to see the list of campaigns you've ran, when they were, and how much they raised. You can learn a lot from your successful and not-so-successful campaigns.
- Fundraiser Data: This report allows you to see the list of fundraisers against your campaigns, who the fundraiser was and how much they raised. Don't forget to thank your fundraisers for their efforts.
How can I access Chuffed on-demand reporting?
You can access Chuffed on-demand reporting through your Campaigner Dashboard. Just log in, and click on "Reports" in the header. You can either download all of the data as a CSV file, or view a limited subset of fields directly in your Chuffed.org dashboard.

| ID | This is Chuffed's internal ID for the donation. It may help to share this ID with Chuffed for any support you need. |
| First Name | This is the first name the donor entered when making the donation. |
| Last Name | This is the last name the donor entered when making the donation. |
| Donation | This is the value of the donation made to your campaign. It does not include any optional donation made to Chuffed.org. |
| Date | This is the date and time in AEDT when the donation was made. |
| This is the email address the donor entered when making the donation. | |
| Invoice URL / Link to receipt | This is a link to the invoice for the donation. |
| Keep me updated? | This is the selection the donor made when asked if they would like to be kept up to date with information about your cause. |

| Regular giving [csv only] | This is the frequency for the regular giving donation, if the donation was made as part of a regular giving donation. This field will only appear if regular giving is turned on for any of your campaigns. |
| Regular giving occurrence [csv only] | This is the occurrence number for the regular giving donation, if the donation was made as part of a regular giving donation. I.e. this was the nth donation, where n is the occurrence number. This field will only appear if regular giving is turned on for any of your campaigns. |
| Regular giving cancellation date [csv only] | This is the cancellation date for the regular giving donation, if the donation was made as part of a regular giving donation, and that regular giving donation has been cancelled. This field will only appear if regular giving is turned on for any of your campaigns. |
| Paypal or Credit/debit card (Stripe) [csv only] | This is the payment method for the donation. |
| Date (UTC) [csv only] | This is the date and time in UTC when the donation was made. |
| Invoice No [csv only] | This is Chuffed's internal invoice number for the donation. |
| PayPal Invoice ID [csv only] | This is PayPal's invoice ID for the donation, if the donation was made via PayPal. |
| Display my donation [csv only] | This is the selection the donor made when asked if they would like to show their name on the supporters tab of the campaign. |
| Perk [csv only] | This is the perk selection the donor made. |
| Number of perks [csv only] | This is the number of perks the donor asked for. |
| Perk question [csv only] | This is any perk questions you have asked. |
| Perk answer [csv only] | This is the donor's response to any perk questions you have asked. |
| Address [csv only] | This is the address the donor entered when making the donation. |
| Locality [csv only] | This is the locality the donor entered when making the donation. |
| Region [csv only] | This is the region the donor entered when making the donation. |
| Postcode [csv only] | This is the postcode the donor entered when making the donation. |
| Country [csv only] | This is the country the donor entered when making the donation. |
| Offline [csv only] | This is whether or not the donation was made online via the Chuffed.org platform (N) or made offline and then added into Chuffed.org as an offline donation (Y). |
| Total Transaction [csv only] | This is the total amount of the transaction inclusive of fees and optional donation to Chuffed. |
| Net donation [csv only] | This is the amount of the donation for your campaign, minus the processing fees and optional donation to Chuffed. |
| Processing fees [csv only] | This is the cost of the processing fees for the donation. |
| Chuffed optional donation [csv only] | This is the amount for the optional donation made to Chuffed.org. |
| Chuffed fees [csv only] | This is the amount for any Chuffed fees that applied. |
| Currency [csv only] | This is the currency the donation was made in. |
| Converted amount [csv only] | This is the donation amount converted into the campaign currency. |

What do the fields mean in the Regular Giving Data report?

| Frequency | This is the frequency of the regular giving donation (i.e. weekly, monthly, annually). |
| Amount | This is the amount of the regular giving donation. |
| Start date | This is the start date of the regular giving donation, i.e. the date the donor set up the donation. |
| Status | This is the status of the regular giving donation, i.e. Active, Cancelled, Failed. |
| Fail reason | This is the reason the regular giving donation failed, if that regular giving donation failed. |
| Cancel date | This is the cancellation date for the regular giving donation, if that regular giving donation has been cancelled. |
| ID [csv only] | This is the Chuffed ID for the regular giving donation. It is the identifier of the series, rather than a single occurrence of the regular giving donation. |
