What is a "Keep what you get" campaign?

All campaigns on Chuffed.org are 'Keep what you get' campaigns. That means that the campaign receives all funds donated to it by the deadline, regardless of whether or not they have reached their funding target.

For clarity, some crowdfunding platforms will give campaigners nothing if they miss their target - that's called "All or Nothing" crowdfunding. At Chuffed.org, we don't penalise you for not hitting your target. This is because we know that in the social sector, many people either find some other way of doing your project or scale down the project. In doing this, campaigners often aim to at least help some of the intended beneficiaries.
